If you are arriving at GA before 3:45 please park in the front parking lot and enter the building through the front doors. Middle School Girls Basketball Game tomorrow vs Kalamazoo Christian. 7th grade game starts at 4:15, 8th grade starts after the end of 7th grade game (5:15ish) Please park in back of the Middle School and use door by the hallway. You must have a ticket to enter and entry is $3 a person. Exact amount is preferred. All Covid protocols will be followed . Go Rams!

4th and 5th grade Kids Heart Challenge is tomorrow. Please return all donations and printout of online donations. 4th grade event is before lunch. 5th grade event is after lunch. Financial donations are sent to the American Heart Association to help fight heart disease. Be a Heart Hero.

Our current status for the Kids Heart Challenge Event 2021. 4th/5th grade event is Thursday, March 4. K-3 event is Friday, March 5 or Monday, March 8. Classroom teachers will have the schedule.

February 22, 2021 Dear G-AMS Families: We have had a great day back to 100% face-to-face learning at G-AMS! With our health and safety protocols in place and with much positivity, the G-AMS staff looks forward to a productive remainder of the school year. As our full student body returns to the building on a daily basis, vehicle traffic has increased significantly at the middle school. We are experiencing some difficulty with student drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. If you choose to transport your student(s) to or from the building, please follow these safety guidelines: Pull into the loading/unloading zone at the front of the building (parallel to the front sidewalk) If all designated spots are occupied in the loading/unloading zone, PLEASE PARK IN THE LOT AND ESCORT YOUR STUDENT TO THE FRONT SIDEWALK OR PARK IN THE LOT AND WAIT FOR A SPACE TO BECOME AVAILABLE IN THE LOADING / UNLOADING ZONE. Please DO NOT block the traffic lane, especially for the buses attempting to move to and from the back of the building. We appreciate your consideration and understanding with regard to these logistics. The safety of our students is of paramount importance. *** Schedule Change *** Our G-A staff are scheduled to get their 2nd covid vaccinations next Wednesday, Feb. 24th. Yeah! Looking ahead, we need to make a minor schedule change to accommodate any potential side effects that our staff may experience. Next Thursday, February 25th will be a VIRTUAL learning day for all students. Teachers will provide more information on their virtual plans. Daycare for K-5th students will be available. It is our sincere hope that this will be the LAST schedule change that we will need to make. We recognize the difficulties that schedule changes make for families & we appreciate your patience. Thank you!

Final home middle school boys game tomorrow vs St. Augustine. 6/7th grade will start at 4:15. Boys need to be at School by 3:15. We will be doing a team picture at 3:30. 8th grade boys play after 6/7th grade game. Team picture will also be taken. 6/7th grade boys have tickets to get in. Tickets for 8th grade parents will be at the table as you come in the gym. Coach Merasco

Congratulations to our 6/7th boys basketball team. The Rams defeated St.Monica 29-21. Gio Evans led all scorers with 12. Jonah Ranes added 9. Tristan Jackson had important rebounds late in the game to secure the victory. “I was very pleased with our team defense today” coach Merasco. Next game is Tuesday at Constantine with a 5:00 start. Go Rams!
